I'm available for commission and would be more than happy to discuss any projects you had in mind however big or small.
If you have a specific idea that you want to realise, I can help you with that, or if you want someone else to create an original idea to fit in with or contrast to what you already have I can help with that too.
I like to make the process interesting, confidence inspiring and fun for everyone involved and am good at communicating ideas. I also like to keep clients updated on progress via photographs and sometimes video. I feel it is important that the client is as involved in the whole process as they'd like to be.
To communicate my ideas I use CAD software to give a visual representation of the idea, and even good old fashioned pencil sketches.
When working on a commission, I will meet the client to discuss what they have in mind and following that will work on designs and ideas before presenting these back. Once the client is happy with the designs and we have a firm idea of what is going to happen, I will make detailed working drawings and get on to sourcing all required materials and at that stage would ask that the client funds these.
When the work is completed and the client is happy, I would then ask for final settlement.
